Effective January 1, 2018, Aspen Trails Veterinary Clinic , in support of our food, drug and product vendors will authorize the following return policy.
Pet Food Return Information
All Food Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN be returned for the following reasons:
- Palatability- Pet does not eat or like the taste of the food
- Quality- If there be a problem with quality of the product
- Health – If your pet vomits or diarrhea (symptoms) in direct result of the food and not other factors.
- Safety – If a bag is open or product is defective
PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BAG – IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL BAG – PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED!

Unfortunately, we are unable to permit returns for any other reason than those mentioned above
Treats We will permit a return, if one of the 4 reason for return applies above. Returns applies to Medi-Cal / Royal Canin, Purina and Hills Treats . All other treats will not permit a return or credit .
Over the Counter Products & Narcotics & Drugs
All over the counter products, Narcotics and Drugs are a final sale and will NOT permit a return or credit as products are a final sale.
